BRIEF DESCRIPTION
ConstructHer Future (CoHER) is a 24-month Erasmus+ project focused on reshaping the construction industry through inclusive and gender-sensitive vocational education and training (VET).
The project brings together partners across Europe to develop innovative curricula, train educators, establish mentorship and support networks, and collaborate with industry stakeholders. CoHER aims to create a lasting, structural impact in a traditionally male-dominated sector by targeting systemic barriers, promoting female participation, and fostering cultural change.

To transform the construction industry into an inclusive and equitable space for women by developing and delivering innovative vocational education and training (VET) programs that challenge gender biases, empower female participation, and foster supportive industry-wide networks.

A future where the construction sector thrives on gender equity, diversity, and inclusion—where women are equally represented, supported, and celebrated in all roles and levels, from education to industry leadership.
