This specialized mini-course equips VET educators with pedagogical and psychological strategies to recognize, prevent, and address workplace and classroom biases that affect gender equality, inclusion, and professional development in the construction sector.
It builds the educators’ competences in facilitating reflective learning, promoting empathy, and creating psychologically safe and inclusive environments where all learners can participate equally.
The course integrates experiential learning, emotional intelligence, and transformative pedagogy to promote long-term attitudinal and behavioral change in educators and students.
