1. It’s Here to Break Stereotypes
CoHER tackles the outdated belief that construction is “just for men.” With only 9% of women in the European construction workforce, the project aims to challenge bias and create space for women through visibility, training, and support.

A flexible, digital course is on the way — tailored for women exploring careers in construction. Expect modular content, certification, and direct links to mentors and community spaces.

The project unites organizations from Ireland, Turkey, Poland, Hungary, Portugal, and Ukraine, all bringing unique strengths in education, technology, gender equity, and industry training.
