Main Features
This interactive mini-course equips women in construction with the tools and strategies needed to lead with clarity, confidence, and calm — even in high-pressure or male-dominated environments. Building on the “3C Rule” (Clear, Confident, Calm), participants will explore how to express themselves assertively, set boundaries, handle microaggressions, and communicate with authority without aggression. Practical tools such as the Nonviolent Communication (NVC) model, a soft skills self-assessment plan, and real-world leadership scenarios provide hands-on practice for everyday challenges on site. Participants will build their emotional resilience, personalize their leadership growth, and leave with actionable plans to advocate for themselves and others — promoting inclusion, safety, and equity in construction settings.
