Mini-Course Title: Leadership & Assertive Communication for Women in Construction

Target Audience: Primarily Female VET Students in Construction (and other interested VET learners)
Estimated Didactic Hours: ~5 (260 minutes total including breaks)
Primary CoHer Pillar Focus: Pillar 2 – Skills Mismatch (Holistic) and Pillar 1 – Gender Bias & Stereotypes
This mini-course strengthens holistic soft skills critical for women’s empowerment and leadership in construction, while actively challenging gender-based assumptions in communication and role expectations.
