Meet Our Project Partners: Lutsk National Technical University (Ukraine)

Lutsk National Technical University (LNTU) is a leading state higher education institution in Western Ukraine, uniting technical, economic, humanitarian, and social sciences. With over 55 years of history, LNTU has grown into a powerful educational and research centre that prepares generations of engineers, researchers, and innovators for Ukraine and beyond.

At the heart of LNTU’s mission is resilience, inclusivity, and innovation. Amid the challenges of war, the University continues to implement European education standards and create a powerful, highly competitive, free, and comfortable educational and scientific environment, with core values: teamwork, knowledge, quality, efficiency, opportunities, investment, and partnership.

LNTU is proud to be a part of the CoHER project, contributing its experience in education, research, and social responsibility. The University actively implements a Gender Equality Policy, which aims to ensure equal rights and opportunities for men and women in all educational and scientific activities, while preventing and addressing any form of discrimination. Today, the University community includes 431 women and 317 men, reflecting LNTU’s ongoing commitment to gender balance and inclusiveness.

Quote from LNTU:

“Education is our way to resilience and recovery. Through CoHER, we aim to empower women in construction and related fields, helping them to become not only professionals but also leaders and changemakers of Ukraine’s future.”
