Fundacja „Fundusz Inicjatyw” (Initiative Fund Foundation), founded in 2008 in Lublin, Poland, is a non-profit organisation dedicated to education, vocational training, career counselling, and social inclusion.
As an accredited adult education institution and VET provider, FFI supports learners of all ages – from young people entering the labour market to adults and seniors seeking new competences. Our services include lifelong learning programmes, key competences workshops, vocational training, employment guidance, and legal/psychological counselling.
At the heart of our mission is inclusivity – empowering disadvantaged groups, particularly women, the unemployed, and older adults, by giving them tools to re-enter and thrive in the labour market.
