ÇEKDEV International Education and Development Academy, based in Antalya, Türkiye, is deeply dedicated to vocational education, adult learning, and international cooperation in Erasmus+ projects. With strong expertise in inclusive education and digital training, ÇEKDEV empowers learners of all ages to gain the skills needed for today’s labour market. As a VET provider and training academy, ÇEKDEV organises mobility opportunities, job-shadowing placements, and tailored capacity-building programmes for teachers, students, and adult learners.
A key focus of our work is supporting women in male-dominated fields, helping them overcome barriers and access equal opportunities.
In the CoHER project, the ÇEKDEV team plays a central role in designing bias-free vocational training and digital learning content. By actively collaborating with European partners in the workshop in Lublin, Poland, ÇEKDEV contributed both practical expertise and inclusive perspectives to ensure that learning environments are accessible and empowering for all. Our mission is rooted in collaboration and innovation. Through CoHER, we strengthen international partnerships, create digital pathways for skills development, and empower disadvantaged groups — specially women — to succeed in sectors where they are underrepresented.
