A large-scale international training session, “Materials Matter: Inclusive Handling & Specification Insights,” was held at Lutsk National Technical University.
The event took place within the framework of the Erasmus+ project KA220-VET “ConstructHer Future” (CoHer), which aims to empower women in vocational education and training (VET) within the construction industry.

The lecture was delivered by Prof. Olena Mikulich, DSc, a distinguished expert in the field, who introduced participants to the key aspects of inclusive approaches to working with construction materials and their specification in line with modern EU standards.

The training, held on 21 November at the ArtTech space, brought together more than 60 female students of technical disciplines. Such broad participation highlights the strong interest among young people in the topic of modern construction materials.

The training brought together future female professionals from three educational institutions:
- Lutsk National Technical University (LNTU)
- Lutsk Vocational School of Construction and Architecture
- Lyubeshiv Technical Vocational College, a separate structural unit of LNTU

The event took place in a positive and interactive atmosphere, with the Mentimeter platform actively used to engage participants. Following the training, the attendees expressed their satisfaction with the knowledge gained and received corresponding certificates.
