Course requirements

The Training of Trainers (TOT) program focuses on developing and delivering women’s leadership trainings, translating leadership concepts into engaging workshops, coaching sessions, and learning activities relevant to the construction industry. Participants learn how to design their own women’s leadership training plans, address and challenge gender stereotypes in construction, and support women’s confidence, visibility, and career progression through structured, gender-responsive training approaches.
