Core Challenge: Most construction sites are designed for speed and standardization. But they often forget the people working in them, especially those with different needs. This course focuses on making daily logistics more inclusive: from signage and toilets to ramps and rest spaces.

Why It Matters: Making a construction site accessible isn’t just about meeting regulations. It’s about creating an environment where everyone feels welcome, respected, and safe. Good logistics improve productivity, safety, and team morale, especially for young apprentices, people with disabilities, those recovering from trauma, or workers new to the industry.

What Specific Skill/Challenge Does This Mini-Course Address?
This mini-course helps you develop your ability to spot and fix problems in site layout and access that often go unnoticed. Many workers, especially younger ones or newcomers, feel confused, unsafe, or out of place because signs are unclear, walkways are blocked, or facilities aren’t usable for everyone.
