What factors cause students—especially female students—to drop out of construction programmes? What can educators and peers do early to prevent disengagement? Share your observations and ideas.

I feel like female students can still feel out of place when they're one of only a few women in the classroom or during practical training.
Having friendly group, lecturers who notice when someone is struggling, and a class where people don't feel judged could help, but getting there is the hard part.
