What practical soft skills have you found most valuable when working in construction? How can students develop these skills during their training? Share your top tips!

If you don't learn the jargon quickly, people will just get annoyed and you might feel uneasy asking to have things explained. It's kind of unavoidable, but putting the effort to learn it will come a long way. I think that makes it one of the more important soft stills.
