Kreatív Ifjúsági Akadémia Magyarország (KIA), the Hungarian partner in the ConstructHer Future (CoHER) project, is collecting expressions of interest in construction-sector career orientation, workplace observation and possible future work-experience activity.
Construction brings together a wide range of skills and roles, including construction delivery, construction-materials manufacturing, technical preparation, quality assurance, logistics, maintenance and project coordination.
What is KIA doing?
Within the CoHER project, KIA is exploring how collaboration with local stakeholders can make these career and learning pathways more visible. This expression of interest is for people who are open to the field and would like to hear about a possible future career-orientation, workplace-observation or work-experience opportunity.
Who can express interest?
Students, early-career participants and young women may express their interest. We particularly welcome interest from students and young women who would like to learn more about the sector.
